We advise you to register at the Center 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment. Patients will be admitted to the doctor according to the order of scheduled appointments, not on arrival.
If you have a cold or cough and are not sure whether you should come, please call our nurse coordinators from the admissions department for additional advice:
Upon arrival at the Medical Institute Bayer Special Hospital, you will receive more information about the medical staff and procedures involved in your care and hospital stay. The nurse coordinators will guide you from the reception to the reception clinic.
Relatives or friends can stay with you during your hospital stay. If you are a patient of a day hospital and have been given any form of sedation, we recommend that you arrange your safe transport home or arrange a trip with our transport service which is available 24 hours a day. You will feel safer in our ambulances and with professional staff.
If you stay longer in the hospital, the nurse will provide your escort with a contact phone number and the phone number of the department where you will be placed, so that they can get information about your health condition at any time of the day.
Our staff is also available via e-mail outside of working hours, through which nurses answer the questions posed by family members of a hospitalized patient.
Upon admission, you will be placed in the planned hospital room, you will receive breakfast and then therapy.
The nurse in charge will talk to you to get to know you, relax and ease the feeling of being in a hospital. Let the nurse know if you have any special needs or requirements such as mobility difficulties, hearing or vision impairment, speech difficulties or specific cultural and religious needs.
Before you start the treatment, your doctor will visit you to check how you are feeling and to get the necessary details about the medical treatments that await you. If you have any further questions or concerns, please contact your doctor for assistance.
The staff of our clinic wear identification tags with their name and profession, so you will always know who you are talking to. In addition, they wear uniforms of different colors to make it easier for you to recognize them.
Remember that doctors and other medical personnel are here for you, and that they are available 24 hours a day.
Every patient has the right to enjoy quality hospital treatment that guarantees safety and efficiency, and respects their privacy and dignity.
The medical institution Special Hospital “Medical Institute Bayer” is dedicated to providing high-quality services to every patient, which means peace, equipped and separate male and female hospital rooms, which contributes to preserving the privacy and dignity of patients in the moments when they are most sensitive.
We have fully adjusted the accommodation capacities to the requirements regarding this issue.
Female and male patients stay in different rooms.
Sharing space with members of the opposite sex will only occur in exceptional situations where this is unavoidable based on clinical needs, eg where patients need specialist equipment in critical care areas.
However, even in such circumstances, we try to minimize any inconvenience.
It is possible that visitors of the opposite sex will enter the room where the patient’s bed is, and this may include patients visiting each other. Nurses, doctors and other male and female staff will enter patients’ rooms.
If a patient needs help to use the bathroom, a member of the medical staff will be with them, but other patients will not be using the bathroom at the same time.
If you feel any problem such as pain, suffocation, insomnia, call the doctor and the nurses on duty will be with you at the same moment. At the Bayer Medical Institute Special Hospital, the patient is never alone, he is always in the safe hands of our medical staff and problems are solved immediately.
If you want to talk to the director of the Institute, Dr. Kabil, he will always be available to talk to you.
The nurses will be happy to answer all your questions, from what kind of therapy you use and why to what the device is for.
All patients like to be informed, it is your right and our duty.

Our menus are designed to offer a large selection of nutritious dishes that will satisfy all the nutritional needs of your body.
Mealtimes are respected, which means that all hospital activities that are not urgent will be suspended for a certain time, so that patients can eat their meals in peace, without interruption, and if necessary – with the support of the medical staff.
Food will be available 24 hours a day, as well as hot and cold drinks or chilled, arranged fruit. If you feel hungry or thirsty, do not hesitate to call the nurse on duty.

The risk of contracting an infection in a hospital is very low, but about 8% of patients in any hospital in the world, at any given time, may have a staph infection.
Infection control is one of the key priorities at the Medical Institute Bayer Special Hospital. We are among the most successful in the region when it comes to infection control, naturally with the engagement and cooperation of staff, patients and visitors.
One of our best weapons in the fight against infection is to ensure that patients and visitors wash their hands when entering and leaving the hospital and wards.
Hand washing is insisted on because bacteria that are resistant to antibiotics are on the rise. In order for patients in the hospital to be safe, we all have to pay attention to hygiene, wash our hands regularly and use antibacterial soaps.
