During a routine electrocardiographic (ECG) recording, changes in heart rhythm, heart rate, and other changes can be registered in a period of just a few seconds. Some changes occur only a few times during the day, so it is almost impossible to register them with a routine ECG recording. These disturbances in the work of the heart can suddenly appear and stop suddenly. That’s why 24-hour ECG recording via HOLTER device is necessary.

Through this device, changes in the work of the heart such as arrhythmias, heart rate, but also the existence of coronary ischemic changes are registered throughout the day (24 hours).
