Reception
The reception is the reception and welcome service of the Medical Institute Bayer – MIB, with whose staff you will make the first contact and communication. At the reception, you will be greeted by professional, friendly, smiling employees who will provide you with all the necessary information and direct you to the medical departments.
Kitchen
We pay great attention to the nutrition of our patients, and we take care of the health and nutritional value of food. We prepare food in ideal conditions, and the daily menus are balanced, tasty and pleasantly arranged. Food is transported from the kitchen to the hospital wards, and a neat and functional dining room is available to mobile patients.
Hygiene
We pay special attention to the cleanliness of the hospital in order to protect our patients and visitors, and to prevent any type of infection. We implement a set of hygiene measures and procedures to completely eliminate impurities and microorganisms from hospital objects and surfaces that are in use.

A luxuriously furnished visiting room is available to our hospitalized patients where they can spend pleasant moments.

Hygiene service

Laundry
Service for professional washing, sterilization, drying and ironing of laundry in order to achieve the golden standard of hygiene.

Non-medical service for the efficient performance of clerical, professional-technical and administrative tasks.

Interni restoran Instituta za pripremanje i usluživanje jela i pića.
Soba za molitve
Ukoliko pacijent traži prostor za molitvu, osoblje Instituta mu može omogućiti istu, ali ne postoji posebno naznačena soba za tu namjenu.
Parking
The parking lot includes more than 100 spaces and is located in the immediate vicinity of the entrance to the hospital, and parking services are free of charge.
Archives
It enables records, care and reliable storage of complete written medical materials and hospital documents.
IT service
The service performs the tasks of: installation, maintenance and administration of computer networks, network software and computer equipment, performs user registration, administration of servers and applications used by employees of the Institute.
Vehicle fleet
The vehicle park of the Medical Institute of the Special Hospital "Medical Institute Bayer" Tuzla contains modern and specially equipped vehicles, we transport patients with or without medical staff.
Technical service
Performs maintenance of medical and non-medical equipment, janitorial and electrical work on facility and equipment maintenance.
