Edis Salihović is employed as a medical doctor at the Department of Anesthesia, Reanimation and Intensive Care at the Special Hospital “Medical Institute Bayer” Tuzla. He was born on February 20, 1987 in Tuzla. He graduated from the Faculty of Medicine in Tuzla in 2013. Since 2015, he has been working at the Department of Anesthesia, Reanimation and Intensive Care at the Medical Institute Bayer Special Hospital.
His job includes working in the operating rooms and working in the intensive care unit, which entails administering anesthesia during cardiac surgery, post-operative monitoring and patient care.
The tasks he performs outside the unit are intensive, among others: ambulatory anesthesiology examinations, making decisions about therapy and preoperative preparation of patients for anesthesia.

In the aforementioned department, the working day consists of a morning visit, entering the hall or sometimes working in the clinic. As in any intensive care unit, things can suddenly change from better to worse, so, he says, everyday life in this job is very turbulent.
